Background

Blue Fox Advisors provides sales, marketing, and strategy solutions to institutional independent investment research providers. BFA maintained its entire subscription database across multiple excel spreadsheets, which became impossible to safely maintain as the business grew.

When BFA decided to move to Salesforce, they asked our team to design and develop a comprehensive subscription management app in Salesforce that could handle complex subscription rules, trials, and automated renewals. Our solution also included intuitive subscription status components that easily convey the current and past statuses of a client’s subscriptions so that the BFA team has all the information they need when engaging existing clients during their annual renewal period. In addition, we implemented robust audit trails to satisfy strict compliance requirements.
