In less than a year, Pacaso grew to over $1 billion valuation, making it one of the fastest-growing unicorn startups in the US. While growing at a breakneck pace, they turned to Relay to provide custom Salesforce solutions to help manage their ever-growing number of properties. Their technology platform, largely powered by Salesforce, gives property owners the ability to schedule stays, report issues, and coordinate maintenance of the property.
Our team designed and developed a custom Salesforce application that enables users to build rich home maintenance and owner’s manuals. The app uses related property data points, such as location, inventory, appliances, and amenities, to build tailored and dynamically generated homeowner manuals available within the Pacaso Home Owner app but managed from Salesforce.
